Located in Florissant, Missouri, Northview educates students 14 to 21 years with a range of disabilities. Students attending Northview live in several nearby school districts: Ferguson-Florissant, Hazelwood, Riverview Gardens and Jennings.
Character development is the foundation of Northview School. We received recognition as a National School of Character in 2012 and a Missouri School of Character for many years; we have also been recognized on a national level for two promising practices in character education. Eagle Pride is the school-wide program that recognizes students for demonstrating skills related to school rules: Demonstrate your best effort, demonstrate respect and demonstrate responsibility.
The Northview School community prides itself on the accomplishments of the students it serves. It is through the celebration of each student’s self-determination in meeting personal goals that the school mission is achieved.
Northview High School is a community of learners committed to achievement and independence.
In partnership with parents, staff, students and community, we will assist students to become independent, responsible, productive citizens, and to maximize their personal potential for a successful future.
