Transition News - May
It is hard to believe Graduation is only a week and a half away! Where does time go? Congratulations to our Graduating Class of 2012. We have 34 students that will be graduating May 16th.
Thank you to our students, parents, teachers and staff along with some of the adult agencies that support our students (Regional office, Vocational Rehabilitation, Adult Day Activity Centers, etc) for everyone’s hard work in getting our students ready to meet their post secondary goals. We have 12 students working with Vocation Rehabilitation, 17 students that will be joining several Adult Day Activity Programs, 4 looking at Volunteering and Community Activities. As a transition facilitator, part of my job is to follow up with each graduate in 6 months to see how everyone is doing and if we can offer any help if things have changed. So you will be hearing from me in December. Have a great summer!
