As part of our efforts to continuously improve the information and resources that SSD provides to families and the community, we are currently in the process of redesigning the Step 3: Planning for Adult Life section of our website and all associated resources.

In response to stakeholder and customer feedback, the new design will provide enhanced navigation and ease of use. Watch for the new-and-improved version of this section in January 2016. Thank you for your patience as we work to make these upgrades.
