  • Return-to-School Plans

    The Kirkwood School District Board of Education voted on Oct. 1 for some in-person learning to begin.

    • Grades K-2 will return on Oct. 14.
    • Grades 3-5 will return on Oct. 21.

    The Learning Monitor Program for grades K-5 ends on Oct. 8. For students in grades 6-12 who participate in alternative curriculum, the Learning Monitor will continue at North Kirkwood Middle School and Kirkwood High School.

    Monday, Nov. 30 and Tuesday, Dec. 1:

    • All K-12 Students In-Person Learning will engage in synchronous (virtual) learning. School principals will provide additional details.
    • K-5 At-Home Learning and 6-12 Virtual Learning Schedule does not change.
