    New Hire Orientation

    The New Hire Orientation is the first step in processing your new hire paperwork and getting your benefits set up. After you are hired, you will receive an email with links to forms and documents to begin your orientation to our District. You will also receive an invitation to attend an onboarding session, in which you will be connected to our Office of Employee Success and Engagement team, our Benefits team, and other staff members. The orientation will familiarize you with the SSD's structure, processes, procedures, mission, vision, values, and regulations, and ensure you can access the support available to you throughout your first year with SSD. * Please note: some links below will require you to be logged into SSD's TalentEd or Portal to access the information.
