Southview Student Ben Oelzen Donates Books
Posted by Loretta Schnurbusch on 5/26/2023Southview High School student Ben Oelzen, has donated several books to the school library! Ben earns money by doing chores around the home. He decided which title he would like to purchase with his own money. With help from his mom, Ben orders online. It's a very exciting day when Ben proudly presents the latest book to Ms. Kay Glass, Southview library clerk. Ms. Kay catalogs the title, puts a label on it, and places the books on the shelf for student check out.
Not only does Ben supply good books to our school - he regularly shares his read-aloud talents with his classmates and teachers. Southview is proud of Ben and his love for literacy. Thank you, Ben!
