The workforce compliance team supports all employees in multiple ways. Focusing on staff remediation and retention, they coach and model improvement tools, manage the District's leave process, assist staff with work accommodations and restrictions, and conduct District investigations.
Our team uses strategies to ensure that effective communication and planning mitigate the risk of employment claims and keep staff safe.
