Our work ensures that equity is not just a value, but a lived experience across the District. The Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) Department empowers leaders with actionable knowledge and resources to advocate for inclusion across SSD. By addressing and dismantling inequitable practices through courageous leadership, strategic collaboration, high-quality professional learning, and leadership development, we support their efforts to foster a culture of inclusion.
