Planning for life after high school starts now—and we’re here to help.
Transition Night is designed for families who have questions about the many options available to students after they leave school. Whether you’re exploring employment, higher education, or vocational programs, this event is your opportunity to gather information, ask questions, and connect directly with the experts.
What to Expect
At this in-person event, families will have the opportunity to:
- Speak with SSD Transition experts about planning next steps
- Meet with local organizations and agencies that support students in transition
- Learn about employment programs and higher education options
- Collect resources, ask questions, and explore what's possible for your student’s future
Who Should Attend
This event is designed for families of students with disabilities who are beginning or currently navigating the transition planning process. Whether you're just starting out or fine-tuning a post-graduation plan for your student, all families are welcome to attend.
