Our Mission 

Special School District’s Human Resources team champions stakeholder-focused service and a culture rooted in equitable practices, open communication, personal accountability, trust, dignity, and respect. Our mission to support District goals and objectives is realized through attracting and supporting diverse, high-quality staff and creating a safe, healthy work environment that values each individual’s personal and professional success throughout their journey with SSD.
