Request for Proposals (RFPs)

Proposals are due at 2 PM on January 22, 2026.

All vendors interested in participating in the proposal process must attend the mandatory pre-bid conference at 10:30 AM on Monday, Dec. 8, 2025.

The pre-bid conference will start at Central Transportation Garage, 5500 North Hanley Road, St. Louis, MO 63134 and go to South Transportation Garage, 12721 West Watson Road, St. Louis, MO 63127.

ONLY attendees on record at pre-bid meeting will receive any correspondence or communication after Dec. 8, 2025.
 
Bids are due at 2 PM on Friday, Dec. 19, 2025, with a Public Bid Opening at Special School District's Purchasing Department, 12110 Clayton Road, St. Louis, MO 63131.
