Application Requirements

SSD requires permission to contact all your past and current employers.

1. You MUST agree to and initial the Employment Details Disclosure Agreement after each employer entry in the Employee History section of your application.
2. IMPORTANT: If you do not agree and initial ALL entries, your application will not move forward.
3. Unfortunately, our system will NOT warn you that you have not completed this step nor require you to do so. Please check this for each employment history entry.

SSD requires you to list your current or most recent supervisor as a reference.

• Please ensure the contact information for your current or most recent supervisor matches what you entered in the Employee History section.
• You do NOT need to add any letters of reference at this time unless the job posting specifically requires them.
• In addition to your current or most recent supervisor, you may list current or former coworkers.
• You may list professors or advisors only if you are a current student or recent graduate.
• SSD does not accept students, subordinates, family members, friends, or other relatives as references.

Please check that you have completed the Employee History and References requirements before submitting your application.

• The green checkmarks do not guarantee your application is complete!
• Please review both Employee History and References to ensure you have met SSD's application requirements.
• If you submit your application without meeting these requirements, you will be required to edit it or it will not pass our screening process.
