We are proud to  work in collaboration with the SDNEA, SDVLS, SEEA, SESPA, and Local 610 Transportation and Maintenance unions to ensure our staff are properly compensated. We remain in the top 20 of the largest employers in the St. Louis region,  offer some the most competitive salaries in the County, and financially reward our staff for educational gains.
