Public Review Committee

Up to fifteen (15) minutes of the meeting will be set aside to hear public comments. During the time in which Public Review Committee (PRC) meetings are being conducted in-person, the following will apply:

• Each speaker will have three (3) minutes to address any item on the printed agenda. No confidential or personnel-related topics are allowed.
• So that as many people as possible may speak, time limits will be strictly observed. Unused time will not be yielded to other speakers.
• Speakers must clearly list their name, address, and the agenda item they want to discuss on this sign-in sheet.
• Speakers will be invited to the microphone in the same order as their topics appear on the agenda.
• This sign-in sheet and any written material submitted will become part of the official public record of the meeting.

• All persons wishing to make comments at a virtual public PRC meeting must submit comments in writing by email to PRC Assistant Leah Walsh at lmwalsh@ssdmo.org, no later than noon on the day of the meeting.
• Each comment must be accompanied by the sender’s name, address, and agenda item to discuss.
• The PRC will read aloud all comments submitted during the public comments portion of the meeting.
• As in a traditional PRC meeting, each comment is limited to three (3) minutes to address any item that is on the PRC agenda. No confidential or personnel-related topics are allowed.
• Comments will be read in the order that they were received by email.
• Any written material submitted will become part of the official public record of the meeting.
