Northview High School and Student Recognized by SSD Board of Education

Diamond Perry speaks at the SSD Board of Education meeting.

The SSD Board of Education officially recognized SSD’s Northview High School for being named a National School of Character.

The Board also honored Diamond Perry, a student at Northview, who presented one of Northview’s Promising Practices at the Missouri Character Education conference.

Diamond shared her story with the Board at its meeting on December 12. She explained how Northview has had a positive impact on her, and how the school is helping her to succeed in life.

This is the second time that Northview High School has been named a National School of Character.
