June 21, 2023 - SSD will use the TalentEd application portal beginning Saturday, July 1, 2023. The new application portal will allow the Office of Employee Success and Engagement (OESE) to track applicants throughout the hiring process, improve data collection and analytics, and better serve job seekers and supervisors.

All job postings will be listed in the new portal moving forward. Any postings currently in the Frontline system have been set to expire on or before June 30. 

Staff who wish to continue to apply for positions within the District must create an account in TalentEd to submit applications; information from Frontline will not carry over. Application materials can be retrieved from the Frontline system through September 20, 2023. A link to Frontline will be posted on the SSD Gateway in the OESE section until the expiration date. 

Additional changes to the TalentEd system, which the District uses to manage employee records and evaluations, will also be implemented on June 30, 2023. Staff can read more about those changes on the SSD Gateway.
