SSD Celebrates Pride Month
June 1, 2023 - Special School District is celebrating Pride Month! We are proud of our commitment to creating a safe, caring, and respectful environment for all students, families, and staff and celebrating the contributions of the LGBTQIA+ community.
We recognize that building an inclusive culture is an evolving, expanding task that requires us to be ready to learn and to listen. SSD strives to be a safe haven for all students and staff, including those who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer/questioning, intersex, and asexual (LGBTQIA+). We welcome your voices to the conversation about ways we can do better. Please share your thoughts via our Let’s Talk platform.
